We charge a flat rate of $30 as a shipping fee.
<ATTENTION>
Restrictions in shipping terms between Japan and the UK limit orders below $200. We are very sorry, but we kindly ask you to re-order your UK-bound orders so that they will be placed for $200 or more.

Shipping Time

Depending on the delivery area, orders are usually shipped in about 7 business days after order completion.

*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese holidays, and New Year holidays.
Undeliverable Absence and Refusal to Accept Delivery

We do not accept returns for undeliverable absence and refusal to accept delivery. We cannot redeliver for reasons such as an unknown address, undeliverable absence, or any other of customers’ personal reasons. If the products are returned to Japan with above listed reasons, a set service fee will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you. We ask for your understanding in advance.
In case of returns and cancellation against the rules, undeliverable absence, and refusal to accept delivery, the company reserves the right to revoke you from using our website, so please accept the delivered products.
