Orders can be placed 24 hours a day during the holiday period.

However, please note that our shipping operations and customer support will be closed during the following dates:

Holiday Closure
August 13 (Thu) – August 14 (Fri), 2026

Orders will continue to be accepted during the closure. However, orders placed on August 12 and inquiries received after 5:00 PM (JST) on August 12 will be processed in the order they are received beginning August 18, 2026.
